What we do
Colin’s major experience is at Managing Director level in the plastics industry. He has lead injection moulding, toolmaking, spray painting and assembly facilities in the UK, as well as setting up and leading a plastic injection moulding business in Egypt.
He now specialises in helping companies grow, maximise profits and developing their work force.
Personal Profile
Colin Sarson started in the plastics industry in 1980 at a leading trade moulding, extrusion and toolmaking business in the Midlands. He progressed to director positions in Purchasing, then Operations and become Managing Director in 1996. He then established a moulding operation in Scotland, a spray-painting facility in the Northwest of England and an injection moulding and assembly business in Cairo Egypt, all as part of the Midlands company.
From 2020 Colin has been developing his own consultancy business providing support to the plastics industry, production development of technical innovation components and assisting businesses to expand and set up in Egypt.
